Attorney in Iran: Your attorney in Iran, wherever you are.
Iran Attorney represents individuals, foreign companies and Iranians living abroad before the courts and authorities of Iran. We act under your power of attorney, explain every step in clear English and take matters through to a result.
Representation without distance
An Iranian attorney who stands in for you, with the authority to act.
Legal matters in Iran rarely wait for a convenient moment to travel. A contract partner stops paying, a parent passes away and an estate must be settled, a property needs to be sold or a document must be registered before a deadline. In each case the question is the same: who can act for you in Iran, properly authorised and properly informed?
That is the role of an attorney. Iran Attorney acts as your representative on the ground. We prepare the power of attorney you need, file and follow applications, attend hearings and meetings with the authorities, negotiate with the other side and report back to you in plain language. You keep the decisions; we carry the work.
Our clients include foreign companies with commercial relationships in Iran, individuals of every nationality with interests in the country, and the many Iranians abroad who need inheritance, property and family matters resolved at home without putting their lives on hold.

Scoped authority
Powers of attorney are drafted for the task at hand, wide enough to work and narrow enough to protect you.

Discretion
Family, property and commercial matters are handled confidentially from the first message to the last.
Can you represent me in Iran if I live in another country?
Yes. Much of our work is for clients outside Iran. With a properly drafted power of attorney, an Iranian attorney can appear for you before courts, registries and other authorities while you remain abroad, and we keep you informed in English at each stage.
Do you act for foreign companies as well as individuals?
We do. We advise foreign companies on contracts with Iranian parties, disputes, debt recovery and their dealings with Iranian authorities, and we act for individuals on personal, family, inheritance and property matters.
What is the first step?
Write to us with a short description of the matter, the people or companies involved and any documents you already hold. We review it, tell you whether and how we can help, and set out the next steps before any work begins.
Will I need to travel to Iran?
In many matters you will not, because a power of attorney allows your attorney to act on your behalf. Whether personal attendance is ever needed depends on the specific procedure, and we tell you at the outset if that is likely.
